Kissing this character: Yes to platonic kisses, but she'll probably react the same way she does to hugging and probably worse. Non-platonic ones probably won't go so well.
Flirting with this character: No. Unless you're in her age group (but even then she probably won't get it).
Fighting with this character: Sure. She may be a child but she can defend herself.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes, go right ahead. But please talk it through with me first if you're planning on more serious injuries.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes, but please ask before doing it.
